FAQ

-Do I have to know all of the dates I want to attend prior to ordering?
No. If you are unsure of the dates and tiimes you'd like to attend, you will receive a voucher good for admission to run of that show. When you do know when you're coming, call the box office to reserve your seats. Season ticket seat selection and reservations are not available online.

-What if I pick a date and then have a conflict?
Simply call the box office and we will gladly exchange your tickets to another performance. Please make arrangements at least 48 hours prior to the performance that you were scheduled to attend. We will attempt to seat you as close as possible to the seats you previously held, but exchange tickets are based on availability.

-Can I get a refund on an unused ticket if I missed all of the dates of that show?
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for a past show.

-Do I need to make reservations?
Yes, reservations are always encouraged. If you do not choose your dates when you purchase your subscription, your voucher can be used on any night of the show where there are seats available. To avoid disappointment, please call the box office and tell the attendant that you are a season ticket ohlder and would like to reserve for that performance.

-How do I purchase a season ticket online?
Follow this link. Select the number of subscriptions you would like, along with what type (ex. - 1 - Student/Senior Season Ticket) then enter your billing information. A KTP representative will contact you to confirm the shipping information for your packet and arrange the dates/times/seats preferences you have.

-How do I choose the dates when ordering my subscription online?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose your dates online when ordering your subscription online. A KTP representative will contact you to arrange your date/time preferences.

-What are my payment options when ordering?
